總統府公布年金改革國是會議將在22日於總統府內舉行，不過引起外界質疑黑箱偷改會議地點。對此，副總統陳建仁18日親上火線說明，接受媒體專訪時自信地說，「總統府方面都是正大光明的」。

年金改革國是會議的時間與地點一再變動，引起外界質疑，諸多批評襲來，總統府方面第一時間回應，原因在於要確保民眾的安全，避免大型陳抗活動影響學測期間的考場安寧與考生權益，同時也考量降低商業區活動衝擊。

「總統府都是正大光明的」陳建仁在接受廣播媒體訪問的時候駁斥黑箱的指責，且對於先前抗議群眾的激烈抗爭行為，「我不贊同你的意見，但我誓死捍衛你發言的權力，必須平心靜氣坐下來談，在國是會議表達自己的意見，如果表明不清，府方也無法處理」。

對於國是會議後的下一步？陳建仁表示，在有版本之後便可以開始訂定法案雛形，教育人員由教育部負責、勞工由勞動部主導，公務員則有考試院，最後再送交考試院、行政院院會討論。

至於時程方面，陳建仁表示，這方面有點耗時，評估可能需要3至4個月的時間，如果順利的話，可以在7月前後完成第一階段的改革工作。

叫車服務Uber今天宣布將退出台灣。經濟部長李世光對此表示，全球的新創產業都必須合法，將會繼續協助產業做適法性的調整，也會繼續關注Uber於全球的相關議題，政府跟產業雙方面都應該互相努力。

交通部對Uber最高新台幣二五○○萬元重罰條款一月六日已上路，累積罰款預估超過十一億元，預計今天開出首張裁罰單，並將勒令Uber停業。

Uber也在上午發布新母親節蛋糕 2017 高雄聞，宣布十日起暫停在台灣的車輛分享媒合平台服務。

李世光指出，2017台中母親節餐廳新創事業的推動一直是經濟部的重要任務，但全球的相關新創產業推動，好吃的千層蛋糕宅配包括在台灣也必須要合法。李世光表示，沒有新創產業可以跟當地法規不相容，但是中間如何找出適法性的調整，是必須的。經濟部將會繼續協助產業做適法性的調整。

關於Uber面臨交通部重罰，是否將因此被廢除在台灣的公司登記。李世光指出，經濟部內部早期已做過評估，因為Uber公司登記的資本額並未超過五億元，是否廢除公司登記，是屬於台北市政府管轄範圍，並非經濟部業務範圍。

至於如何協助新創產業，李世光提到，台灣面對到的問題，全世界的國家一樣也會遇到，像Uber到底該歸為運輸業還是資訊業，雖然登記的是資訊業，但實際從事的運輸業，因為是特許行業，相關法規的檢視，交通部也已進行。

李世光指出，Uber在全世界也有不少與當地法規衝撞的議題，應該如何做調整經濟部也會持續關注，公司和政府如何互相調整，應該是雙方面互相努力的。相關新聞影音
